Delete your Extinggo account
This page is for the Extinggo Merchant app, the Extinggo Delivery Partner app and the Extinggo customer app, all operated by Extinggo Technologies Private Limited. Send the request below from the mobile number your account uses.
How it works
- Fill in the form with the mobile number registered on your account.
- We call that number to confirm the request is yours.
- We settle anything still open first: orders in progress, money due to you or to us, and cash held by a delivery partner.
- We delete your account and personal data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What we delete
Your login, profile, contact details, addresses and shop location, uploaded identity and business documents, photos, device tokens and app notifications.
What we keep, and for how long
Records the law requires us to keep: GST tax invoices, payment and settlement ledgers, and tax deduction records, for the period the GST and income-tax laws require (currently up to 8 years). They are kept securely and used only for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
